Recipe of Tomato Rasam

There are many types of Rasam.let us start with simple yet delicious Tomato Rasam.
Ingredients
1. Imli - 1 lemon size ball.
2. Basic Water - half a litre
3. Fresh Hing or Hing Powder
4. Little Haldi, Salt to taste
5. one tomato
6. Rasam Powder - 2 small teaspoons
7. Toovar Dal - 1/2 Cup

So let start,put all ingredients mentioned except toovar dal  together and boil for 15-20 min,
Boil the toovar dal in cooker for 4-5 wistle and 5 min slow in the pressure cooker.
Mix the cooked Toovar Dal in boiling rasam
For Tadka
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of Ghee put Mole or rai, Jeera, Curry leaves,
little Pepper powder or 2 cloves of garlic ( For little for spice and taste . OPTIONAL)
Mix the tadka and garnish with Corinder.

P.S -
-Making rasam in lead vessel add up the spice and taste. once done transfer in normal container.
-Shakti rasam powder is the best in the market, you get lovely rasam.
-Can use rasam as Appetizer, soup or with rice. Need nearly nothing to prepare it.Simple and Quick

instead of boiling tomatoes, you can crush the tomatoes in a mixer and then boil it along with water till the raw smell of it goes off... Try this didi this is very tasty and i am sure that vivek bhaayya will love it.
